Chinese new year is over lo.... See how time files? Scary isn't it. I can't believe that 1/4 of the year is ending. This new year I had so much fun. Everywhere i went i enjoy myself. Other than a cold which lasted for the past 12 days and counting i have been happy but not much time to rest seriously. I had a cold and a fever on the 4th day of chinese new year. 5th day of the new year really cannot take it anymore and took 3 days MC. It is still ongoing now and now had a nasty cough! Had not be able to take ice water for the past weeks liao haizz its like addiction leh. Now all i wish is a nice cold pain water!

So I was also wondering why the figure skaters don't feel dizzy after so much spinning anf turning, even the olympic guys was wondering. Now, we all know why. The answer is none other than just deceptively simple: They are used to it.

So initally the skaters get dizzy, but then it becomes the second nature. They also have techniques for initally dealing with dizziness including starting at a fixed point, closing your eyes and concentrating on something else. Bravo to them and their super spinning!

Bad luck wednesday. Today the expreience took MC. Last week I had 2 days of MC. The clever finally exploded already. Saying why are the both of you sick? Muz take better care of your body. While i have not even recover from my bad flu and nasty cought the experience maybe thought that i was faking it and decided to take stomach bloated as MC execuse. The experience called up the clever and told her "I am calling to tell u that i won't be coming in"! I mean WTH! The clever was not happy about it and came to the clinic and told me off saying why is she so rude. Haizz no wonder she is not happy abt the experience taking MC also lah. So rude, buay tahan man! Cannot come in also muz have basic courtesy mah. I am still not well and you think i'm faking it and wants to take MC on a wed to take revenge meh... Don't do this to people lah. I made a mistake by asking a phebomtist to take a unfasted patient blood test and also got told off by her and she also nag and nag me for the experience mistake. sian man!

What happens when you met people who kept talking nonsense to you? Bear with it?! For me deep down in my mind I'll scold you upside down. I cant believe i still can survive in my workplace after a year in it. Sometimes i think "The Experience" is too petty. We get tip off and scolded is not like you have never experience it before. It something that happens often and all she can said is that "I don't mind you firing me"! I mean for christ sake, the least thing i wanted to know is what you are saying right now. "The Experience" only know how to talk behind it but doesn't dare to speak in front of it to her? So what's the point of begin angry.

I think she just wants to quit before me. Everytime says "fire me off better, i also dun mind". Haizz tired of these nonsense! May god bless me!

Haiz... Early in the morning kanna nag! So frustrated, both also the same. I've got so much work to do up till my throat liao she the CLEVER stills tied me down and nag something so totally a waste of time to do. The report have been laying in the basket since early May last year. .

Instead of replying like 5 a day the CLEVER never touch it. Now she wants me to make a list of the most important and urgent wants on a paper. WTF???? Then everything in the basket not urgent? What I think is totally insensible is no matter where you write, if you don't have the urge to do the report you won't do it. So what's the use of wasting my time to hear you nag me something which will never work out? and waste my time of working on my stuff. Seriously, rubbish.

The other, the EXPERIENCE. I have realise the more things I have to do the more she will interrupt me! Making a mess of my things. When I needed something on her desk and her desk is also the same messy she'll said: "DON'T TOUCH MY THINGS", but the fact is that who the hell wants to even touch your things? I've got eyes to see okay! and in the stern fact is that I've not even touch her things at all and she began to said that! That's what it pisses me off. On the other way round you should also not do this to people!!! If 1 day I really cannot control my temper, I will properly do the same to you. Use your freaking brains OMG! What goes around, comes around!

Just as the children of mother nature was trying to recover from what it did to the people of Sichuan another crisis happen was hit yet again. Haiti. A strong 7.0 magnitude earthquake hit the poor country. Victim lies around the collapsed building, dead bodies lying on the street, thousands of home were destroyed, presidential palace were destroyed. Thousand and thousand of people long for fresh and pure water and not to say food.

Rescuers raced against the clock to find survivors among thousands of corpse in the quake. As planeloads of international aid began to arrive in the ruined nation another problem is awaiting the dysfunctional country. There were not enough plane track for the relieve planes to arrive and there were not enough fuel for those that are needed to leave. Interrupting the help which are in need of arriving.

Military was struggling to figure out how to bring in supplies and troops with a badly damaged sea port and severely congested airport. Meanwhile what we all can do is to pray for the people in Haiti may the dead rest in peace and the living gets helps. God bless them.

As we wave goodbye to 2009 we welcome a brand new 2010. As I reflect on what I've done in 2009, I was satisfied with myself and what I've had achieve and the goals that I set for myself.

On the last day of Dec 2008, I was blessed with a good piece of news. Last day of Dec 2009, I achieve another aspiration which I did not target myself to complete; but in the end I nail it!!! Happy for the performance through! Nevertheless, I will keep on trying and not giving up, fixing my imperferction slowly and keep on hitting the goals I set for myself.

Hope 2010 will be all year smooth :)

Into the 2nd day of renovation. It was noting but messy, messy and messier! Lot of dust today because of the changing of celling. Not to say also smelly because of the painting. It was difficult for us to work. All day Auntie Susan was so nagging. Telling the worker to be careful of the sprinkle pipe. I think she said it a thousand time to the worker today. No joke okay! This is serious. I was so disturb by her that i felt sorry for the worker..... I don't even dare to complain knewing they work so hard. I juz smile...

Yesterday night was so fun. It's been a long time since i laugh so hard and had so much fun. We were celebrating the twins birthday yesterday and glad that had an enjoyable night. Worms infesting computers worldwide: Microsoft

SAN FRANCISCO (AFP) - – A Microsoft security report released Monday warns that cyber crooks are digging into computers for weak spots to penetrate with worms -- malicious software that steals control or data.
Rogue security software remained the top hacker threat to computers during the first half of this year, but the number of infections was dropping while penetrations by worms doubled, according to the Security Intelligence Report.
"We still see rogue security software in high volume but not on the rise," Microsoft Malware Protection Center principal architect Jeff Williams told AFP. "What is on the rise is resurgence of worm activity, particularly Conficker and Taterf."
Worms are programmed to replicate themselves, wriggling from machine to machine by hiding in legitimate applications or piggy-backing on USB drives or other portable data storage devices.
Rogue security software, or "scareware," typically spreads by tricking people with pop-up boxes bearing bogus alerts that their machines are infected.
Spooked computer users are then enticed to pay for applications to fix the supposed computer problems. People that fall for the scam wind up paying hackers; providing them credit card information, and installing malware.
Automated scareware blocking in Web browsers and efforts by law enforcement agencies to crack down on companies peddling rogue security software has helped curb the threat.
"When selecting an anti-virus product, do it from a proven provider, not someone you never heard of who just pops up on your screen," Williams said.
Improving defenses of computers was seen as a reason hackers are reverting to worms, which were a top bane about a decade ago.
"We see a rise again in worms as profit-motivated criminals are digging deeper, finding more arcane vulnerabilities to execute remotely," Williams said.
A Conficker worm that plagued the Internet at the start of the year was so pernicious that a task force to combat it was formed by computer software and security firms.
Conficker and Taterf worms have reportedly wriggled into millions of machines.
One of the troublesome ways both worms spread is by stowing away on thumb drives, which are becoming increasingly popular vehicles for people to move music, videos, games, files or other data between computers.
"Think about how and where people play online games," Williams said. "What you tend to see is people remove a drive from home or an Internet kiosk and take it back into the enterprise (workplace)."
A memory stick carried in by a worker tends to bypass computer security systems designed to guard against hackers breaking in from outside the walls of a business, according to Williams.
Businesses should establish security protocols for removable media drives, and have new arrivals automatically scanned for malware, Microsoft recommends.
"The criminals out there are becoming more overt, more malicious and more direct in their attacks," Williams said.
"That emphasizes the need for multi-layer protections. It is great we have anti-virus software to remove the threats, but clearly it is better to prevent the threat from getting in."
Cyber criminals are moving with increasing speed when it comes to reverse engineering patches released to fix vulnerabilities in software programs or operating systems, according to Microsoft.
Hackers dissect patches to identify weakness being repaired, then craft malicious code to take advantage of flaws in machines with software that isn't kept up-to-date.
"A patch is released and that is what starts these days of risk" Williams said.
"There is a window of vulnerability, so we need to close that window more quickly" he said. "Making sure you are up-to-date on security updates is one strong method of protecting yourself against attack."
Microsoft's security report is based on data from "billions of scans a day" in more than 200 regions of the world.

Wah the Brazilan grand prix got so much drama... Can see the always quiet Jarno confronting Stuil after they crash! But what happen next is more dramatic!!! Mr Heikki Kovalainen who drove away with his fuel hose still attach to his car! What is worse is that kimi raikkonen who was right behind him who was immediately ignite with fire!!! How dangerous man! The video that i saw seems like he got burn! Fortunately, he didnt get burn but has caught some drops of petrol in his eyes. Which he said is still burning. Sigh so very unlucky of him. Got hit on the front wing in the first lap and then pit stop accident courtesy by Mr kovalainen. I thought that massa accident already very overwhelming but actually driving off with the fuel hose attach to the car is like a piece of cake. (but why must happen to kimi, he loses precious points man!)

But I must really salute him because he didn't end his race just because he caught fire and has petrol in his eyes. He still completed the 71 rounds of race in sixth place, its really not bad at all. Think if not of the accident and pitstop drama he would have easily gotten a podium!!

Haizz so Ferrari has announce that they will be signing Alonso for 2010 a contact that last for 3 years. So they will not be giving a contract to kimi raikonnen. What a sad sad day. This is the only 2nd year that I have watched F1 and the next year kimi won't be in Ferrari anymore. Ferrari must be blind! There is so many talks going on in F1 now. Everyone seem to be moving to other teams. So confusing. The fact is that there is no one on the net that knows who goes where in 2010 for now and there is saying that Kimi might go into rallying (which I may be crying to death!!!) for good and not going to F1 in 2010. Haizz sad! What a season man!

I took a day off from work today. I was so busy the past week that I nearly faint and as much as I always tell myself to cool down I'll snap most of the time. I'm starting to feel the straint of my job! Anyway I went to ION and Marina today. Reason is to see my favourite driver Kimi Raikkonen!!! He so so handsome. Not only is he handsome, he is freaking cool man!!! It was why no wonder the media and report hate him. haha... I went to Marina first, I was told by Jason that there's a Ferrari there. SO went there took a few shots and rush back to ION and was shock to see another Ferrari was there! Man if I know there's one in ION then I won't be so damn rush. So when I reached ION there were already a bunch of crowd there, and they were all facing the traffic junction and I was curious. It was a while later that I hear those die-hard Ferrari fan saying that they will be coming in a Ferrari. Woah.. I mean how offten do you see those F1 driver drove a Ferrari on their own? Maybe in Italy or in this case for kimi Finland??? haha.... I stood under the screaming hot sun for about 15 min when I hear the engine sound of the car. It was beautiful (the car i mean), I could't really see Kimi but instead saw Fisichella who was driving the Ferrari! He was quite handsome too! In the busy street of Orchard Road I got no idea how he manage to dirve pass Tangs and reach ION so soon?? Whatever... they really reach there fast and finally my wait was over and I saw Kimi the actual person!!! Yey!!! So so happy. He really really handsome!! Although he's there less than 20minutes it was already enough for me. I waited over a year to see his acutal person and this year am so gald that I can be a part of F1 to see the race all thanks to Jason for the ticket. I just want to tell you if not for your unlucky intership I would also buy the walkabout ticket hahah!! Maybe we can go together next year??? I will be uploading pictures soon....

Wah so so luck to have watched the F1 Spain race on the TV yesterday. All thanks to SCV preview stars sport channel. Anyway was extremtly excited about it cos its been a long time since watching F1 on TV. Right so Kimi was in the 6th place but he did an awesome job. He win the race at the podium. It was a really really great race. To see him put so so much effort racing for the team since massa injury. Really awesome race. Not every people can make a podium when their lac behind!! So thumbs up for the super cool ICE MAN!

Today's photoshoot was fun. Didn't know that it would be so much work also. I thought it would take less than an hour. In the end it took the whole afternoon. I get to be an image consultant for the day! We were discussing with the photographer where is the best corner to pose! (not much place to pose cos clinic is really old ler!)In the end what I said to her was actually right. The black poster is more suitable for the background lah! See if we have moved it ealier then we would not be so busy ler moving funiture!!! She was really short, that's what the photographer said. We had to use 4 telephone book for her to fit into the head on the background hah!! Shorty!

it's quite an exciting day today. Received Myra email today knowing that she will be giving an interview on the Straits Time in the MIND YOUR BODY section. I have been reading the column for the past many years and never fail to read it every Thursday. It's kind of interesting to know what they "docs" in their personal life. I never imagine that one day I will be able to read the article even before it came out in the Straits Time and not to say can be a part of it to make it happen. I also got the chance to proofread the article and gave opinion on that article as well which make it more exciting of it. It was like a dream come true to me because Singapore is so so small and there's only one major newspaper in the country and who knows how many people read it everyday! I actually got to keep that pieces of original article that she wrote(she allows me to keep it anyway). I also got her to change the article as well!!! There will also be a photoshoot on this coming Tues! Ha can't wait to have fun.

It is always difficult to balance lots of things at the same time. When you are occupied with many things at once chances are you will not be able to think straight and multi-tasking were cut down by 50% and above. When you have so many things at task and when you are not doing a good job all you need is someone who is understanding enough to step back and analysis the suitation. Showing your own emotion and a "don't care", "don't feel like taking to you guys" look not only let the other party feels what you are thinking it only goes to show that you are not professional enough. It is the correct way that you as an professional gave advise and encouragement to them. By giving the "don't care" and "heck care" in this case i suppose. You are totally not good enough to be at such a senior position at all. In the most important case near to a complete failure pofession!

I was on MC for 3 days. This is the 2nd longest MC I have taken in my entire life. The first was when I was in secondary school. I was Sec 3 at that time. Asthmtic Cough that doesn't go away for months. I was on MC for 4 days and on Vantolin. My mums says my migraines has been acting up frequently since the start of school. Well I think it was rather true. I typically couldn't get enough sleep really and I think its the reason I cannot lose weight properly. I am up by 6am every morning except Sundays, I need to be out of the house at 6.40am. I reach Serganoon bus interchange at 7.10am. The journey to work takes an hour because of the bad traffic. I reach Gleneagles at 8.20 to 8.30am. My lunch break at 1 pm. Most of the time work end late from 5.30 to as late as 7pm!! My usual end work hour is 5pm. I usually get home at 7.30pm and I zoom straight to shower! That makes it 8pm. Take some food and begin to do homework draws and draws and noting but drawing! I got to bed normally at 11.30pm actually to me it can consider normal already. But because i got to wake up at 6 the next day so I dun get enough sleep. That 3 day when i was at home was such good time. I get to sleep till 9am everymorning and wakes up naturally. Meaning your body had gotten enough sleep ler. Now when I resume my rountine I feel restless again. Actually the first monday I went back to work I got a headache. Haizz I hope I don't get addicted to Panadol! But at the same time they actually can ask me to be their spokeperson.... haha

This is the 3rd week i'm having my lesson in NAFA. Since starting the class I have been more busier. With driving lesson, nafa class and work there's really no days for me to rest at all because I work 5.5 days. I also normally end work no later than 2pm on sat. Which is really killing me because I cannot reach home in time to have a nap before i go for my lesson. Sighs... Sundays are usually given to my sketches and homework on nafa and it always takes 1 whole that which is also not enough. Sometime I wish I was living in Venus. That way I could take lots of time to finish what I had to do.

hmm... it's been a really really long time since I have blogged. Wasn't able to pen down what i do recently mainly because it has been such a exhausted and tiring month. I went for a holiday to Malaysia with my best sista and her bf. I was planning and though the whole trip was a relaxing one, but I was so "HELL WRONG"! As i begin to dwell back, the trip was rather tiring because we hit the malls for the 3 days 2 night we were there! Haha... we shop and shop till I was kind of tired actually, but not for the first day. The sore started on the 2nd day of the trip!

It was always good to go away for a few days to relax but time is always our rival. It went off in a blink of an eyes. I don't know when i will have the chances to go on a trip again but I will always treasure the moment I'm in it.

Hmm... Disappointing result from Iceman. He did not even finish the 1st race of 2009. But never mind its time that he takes the rest of the races seriously. Sure he will kick some ass. haha... It made me realise how weak human begins are. We are really noting... Just a large organ in our body that wrap around our inner anatomy. I don't blame anyone who didn't really understand that. It's my point of view. My boss may be someone who sees life and death everyday. Everyone may think that as it is their job profession that made them "used to it". Even i have the same belief, it is hard for me to accept "life and death". I think i will go berserk thinking or watching about it. Watching "Lifewatch", made it worst. But thinking back if i don't watch that show i will never know about those medical terms and diseases. If i did not watch it i will never realise how easily broken human begins are. It makes me sad to think about it, althought you never knew who it was or it was just a passer-by, thinking of it makes me even more upsetting. In the end i just want to let everyone know. Devastating news early this morning. One of my favourite actress Natasha Richardson passed away yesterday. It's kind of shocking to me, all because of the newspaper and all the magazine which report she is fine after the skiing accident. :'( Now this! haiz i cannot believe she is gone. She is a talented actress, sweet looking and beautiful lady. Why must something bad always happen to good and kind people. Don't really understand at all. What can be done to aviod this?? We can possible turn back the time! I have always had this feeling that after my P6 journey change, it changes my personally and character away too. It has it's pros and cons, i must say. Watched channel 5 show yesterday night (Lifewatch, every thursday 9pm). It is a programme that show real life healthcare situation (e.g.: emergency, plastic surgery, etc..) where they will show the audience the REAL thing, from OR (operating room) to real life pateient cases. There's a girl inside the show, she has got leukemia which require her to go for radiation to kill her bad red blood cell in her body after which she will den receive new blood cells through stem cord. Her family member are not a suitable match for her so the doctors use baby stem cord. It is a long process and she was very brave indeed! Haivng a positive attitude is a healthy way to battle from the diease. But sadly, she suffers from a bateria infection after 2 days and was warded into the ICU, she's so weak and that her immune system cant product enough white blood cell. Her younger brother are call in to donate white blood cell to her (doctor found out that although none of the family member are suitable to donate bone marrow to her but they found that her brother are suitable to donate white blood cells). After another 2 days she was out of the ICU but fate sometimes are too cruel! Doctors found that her lungs is bleeding and again she was warded into the ICU, it is also noted that her oxygen level are extremely low. Doctors tired all kind of medication on her from anitboitic to steriod, but none work on her. Her oxgyen level remian low. After flighting for 30 days, she passed away.

Life has no warning signs. It is extremely sad to see someone who is well enough from TV suffer from diesase and when you thought that she will be well again, seeing the doctors, nurses, family member, patient itself putting in so much afford to save the patiet's life but in the end the hope are dash. What is left in my head is WHY? Everyone says that when you put in afford to do something it will paid off. But it is not true all the time. You can't decide fate, only fate can decide your destiny!

Couldn't really say much about how life sometimes can be so playful. Human begins are one hell of a complex science. We never know what the other party is thinking, except you or either of the party had known each other so well like me and ting (it's kind of scary hahah...). It is something that we don't really know, even like for people who are really really smart and capable. Someone whom i knew recently ask me something "Tell me what should i do when i see them, I'll listen do as what you tell me." I was dumbfound! Deep down in my mind i was so astonish that it make me feel shock actually! I was even blur for a couple of second! Sadly it didn't occur to me that i should tell her what to do or what i actually think in my mind. I simply said "hmmm... I don't know" only after a few seconds later. Sighs... I used to think that intelligent people should always have the answer to their question. Reason: They might have smarter brain than me". But recently i was dreadfully wrong. My point of view has change dramatically so much till today, as i am still discovering what else i have yet to see the change. Hopefully not too much of a shock, as i may take a few more couple of seconds to recover from sudden shock as i have a fragile mind and brain.

It has been a month plus and so far so good, it has been okie. I'm getting less stress day by day, but this is just only the beginning. I would still have a long way to go, but what is more pleasing is that i'm getting less and less afraid of her and have always been reminding myself to answer her question like a friend (surprisingly it works! a few time liao).

Today her admin assistant didn't turn up and i replace her work and did her NCS, but she didn't do the EMG. EEG was easy but have to remember to leave 7 spaces!!! I used to think that someone so capable and strong like doesn't show her emotion easily, but today or i may say the last week she prove me wrong. I feel the sadness in her although she didn't tell me alot of the stuff and i saw something that i shouldn't have seen and it makes me realise that my boss is also a HUMAN!. She's both strong in the inside and out but emotional are one hard things to hide, but I know that she shed tears sometimes when we go out for lunch (don't think I'm stupid okie, i also know how to read minds but not as good as my friend ting! haha) and sometimes in between seeing patient, but she remind her professional attitude when seeing her patient and also towards us. An incredible and well respect lady in deed!

I don't really remember how many times i have said "time files". It's like everytime a major festival is around the corner i would said that. Today is new year eve... last than 24 hr to 1st day of lunar new year, cant believe how fast time has past. It's like i just had my reunion dinner last week. After having my reunion and a few rounds of blackjack, we all went for a walk at the florist, there were so many people. All of them are trying to get the best bargain in the last minute, well same as us haha... we went back with a few pots of flower and it now lies beautifully in my grands house. Flipping through the papers nowadays what you will see in it are "Recession", "Pay Cut", "Fresh Grad Jobless". Not only diploma holders are jobless now, many Uni graduate are also finding it hard to get a job this days as singapore slipped into a recession, which snuffed out so many fresh grad hopes of finding a job quickly.

Singpaore has now some 17,300 jobless young people under 30. Expert has predict that these number will keep increasing when more fresh graduate enter the labour market in the middle of next year.

So in conclusion... singapore still lack of people in jobs like: Teachers, Nurses and Doctors. So if can study medical studies bah or becoming a teacher is not a bad idea to....

2008 was a stressful and generally a not so good year for me. From the start of the year of Final Year Project to the end of graduation, i was already drained. 2008 has come to a perfect closing and now it's the beginning of the 2009 chapter. Fortunately after countless of sleepless nights and tossing around in bed i finally found ans to my question. I wanted to tell my friends abt it, tell them face to face. I am to blame cos i make them worried too, but if i found out that the ans is devastating i will not be able to have the courage to tell them. I actually found myself very silly having such symptom over this thing. I tired to change very very hard, but found it worst the more i tell myself to change it.

Today was a confusing day for me, i get very nervous when talk to her. haizz God bless me to relax relax bah...

well the F1, Fuji speedway is really septacular with so many drama and the atmosphere is like burning up. Starting the race in barely 2 sec kimi already had a fantastic start, but 1 sec later actions turn by at the first corner. the start was probably the most exciting part of the race, for sure. people in front of are going quite aggressively into turn one especially Lewis Hamilton. he force kimi raikkonen off the track and he was suddenly at the middle of the pack after turn one.

More action were up in the fuji race race where Hamilton said that Massa hit him on purpose. and causes him to drop to the bottom. where he ended his fuji race with no points and the Ferraris Massa with 2 point and now 5 points away from Hamilton championship title. while kimi raikkonen was luckier he got into 3rd place and was awared 6 points.

Yey start of Japan, Fuji practise race today ler so so excited its the first time i'm so engross in F1 and i guess for the next, next and next season as well haha as long as there's kimi i will be watching.

But today practise race kimi did quite good already lah in 4th place now, while massa is in 2nd place and pole position is Lewis lor. but its still early to say lah cos onli practise 1 hopfeully the ferraris will JIA YOU in the actual race.

today is thursday. today need to watch ugly betty and projet runway. whenever is commercial time i normally would switch channel and browse other in case i miss any shows or documentary. this night however i accidentally tune into malaysia channel. and guess wad it show. F1... I mean GOD! how many time muz i have to watch the Ferraris crashes their cars in the Singapore Grand Prix???? it's so devasating watching it over and over again. but i cant help wanting to watch because i love kimi raikkonen...

Japan grand prix is starting this sunday. i really hope the Ferraris will do their best and hope luck will follow them all the way into the next few races because i really want to watch them win the championship race!!!
